Examinations & Evaluation
The College convenes the Board of Studies and Academic Council annually to update and revise syllabi
per
UGC norms and directives from the affiliating universities.
Internal Assessment
- Accounts for 20% of total marks in each theory paper, with the remaining 80% from end-term exams

CHSE (+2) Examination Pattern
- Academic Council-approved pattern since 2025: 80‑mark theory and 20‑mark internal assessment for
non-practical subjects — in line with CHSE Odisha directives

- Internal assessment includes quizzes, unit tests, or small-term exams conducted during the

Pre-Exam Administration
- Enrolment, seating plans, invigilation roster, question paper coordination, and fee collections
are handled by the Examination Cell.
- Marks entry, tabulation, and result preparation are managed in-house and submitted to the
affiliating university for final degree certification.
